You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in gently used condition. Your item must also be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase. Any returns after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund within 24 hours of inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original payment method only). You should receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuers policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
